This form is to arrange a server update outside of your normal business hours.

During the update process, we will perform a backup of your Users and Groups, and a backup of your PIMS Database. After updating PIMS, we will restore your backup settings, restore your users and groups, restore your Weevio certificates (if applicable), and verify your database. If necessary we will run a repair on your database. After the update, your Administrator password will be set to a single space. You should reset this to something that is not easily guessed.
